Currently, the only way to obtain the Sight of the Speaker in Destiny 2 is to decrypt Exotic inscriptions through Ciphermaster Rahul. Unfortunately for players who have grown accustomed to farming Legendary and Master Lost Sectors, or even Vex Incursions, these traditional methods of farming no longer work to obtain Exotic items in Final Form.
However, in Final Form, Master Rahul now acts as a reputation vendor. Once you level him up by decrypting memory crystals, you will unlock Focus Decryption. Focus Decryption will also allow Guardians to increase reputation levels faster.
The Speaker’s Vision Special Skill
Compared to the plethora of other Exotics introduced in the Final Form expansion, the Speaker’s Sight seems pretty simple. Its Restoration Turret operates in a very similar way to the turret spawned by Blades of Intent, firing five waves of seeking-heal projectiles over about 15 seconds that provide both restoration and healing effects. Notably, this Exotic is compatible with healing grenades, so it also works for Warlocks using Prisms.

The general sentiment within the community is that the Advocate’s sights may not be the best choice in most situations. While the turrets offer a unique twist, the base healing grenade is potent enough that players may choose to focus on an offensive strategy.
